YPSP will cover any lower value repairs, this stops you from receiving countless phone calls from tenants and allows you to rely on your full rental income.
Our YPSP Property Management agreement is for property owners and investors that are looking to have their income tied to the occupation of the property by our end user clients. We look after all aspects of the operations and charge a management fee as a percentage of the property’s gross income when conducting this process.

We will be your tenant; you will not need to deal with voids or finding new tenants as long as our Corporate Let agreement is in place. We will handle everything. We already have demand for properties but, if and when required, we will also source and vet tenants at our expense. Regardless of occupancy, you will always receive your full agreed rent on time. We complete background checks of any new tenants.
We know that every property is unique. Therefore, this will be determined by the attributes of your property and the current market rates in your area.
We do. We are your tenant, but we also fulfil the landlord duties to anyone renting the property through us. We will also cover the costs of any minor maintenance issues - this allows us to promptly address any smaller maintenance issues and saves you both time and money. This will be agreed and detailed in our contract with you.
